Return Window
30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (including food, herbs, flowers)
- Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
- Some health and personal care items
- Candles and ritual items that have been customized or made to order
- Ritual kits, spell kits, and spiritually prepared or energetically charged items
Once an item has been spiritually prepared, energetically charged, or intended for ritual use, it is considered final sale.
Spiritual Services (Non-Refundable)
These services are personalized and provided on a made-to-order basis. Once a service has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
These services are personalized, intuitive, and created specifically for the individual receiving them.
Proof of Purchase
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.To complete any eligible return request, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in limited situations, including:
- Items showing signs of use
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
Refunds
